Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 3 month contract in Toronto!

Pay: $23.70/hour
Shifts: 20 hours/week (Flexible 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

As a Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Making outbound calls to clients to increase conversation and opening of bank accounts
- Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels
- Deliver outstanding customer service experience, making every interaction exceptional
- Responding to variety of questions and resolving client concerns at first point of contact

Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- Client service experience and ability to engage clients
- Ability to assist clients with needs and solve problems
- Experience working in a team and a targeted environment
- Previous experience within a call centre or fast paced environment preferred
