Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, provide appropriate information on banking services offered
- Assist customers with their transactional needs
- Support the teams working in the banking branches
- Provide customers with opportunities to improve their financial health
- All other customer service related tasks
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience, call center experience is an asset
- Have a high school diploma
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with high volume inbound calls
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule from 7am to 9pm on Sundays and from 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday
- Excellent oral and written French AND English language skills
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
