Are you an experienced administrative professional looking for work immediately in the Greely area!? We have an amazing opportunity for a part-time office manager position – that can turn to a full-time office manager role in a few months!

**Our client is taking every measure possible to ensure they are in compliance with COVID-19 best practices. This role will be performed ON SITE, no work from home available at this time.**

Our client, in the Ottawa South area, is looking for an experienced administrative professional that can oversee all of the administration at their office, and be the go-to person for all things office procedures/records – you name it, anything administrative! This is a guaranteed 2 days a week (to start) position, with flexibility, that can eventually become a full-time Monday to Friday (some Saturdays), from 9 AM to 5 PM position. Their season is from April – December, but the office manager role can start/end sooner and later! There is the possibility of extension and being kept on year-round!

What your responsibilities are as the office manager:
•Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and prepare documents
•Create new and update office procedures
•Answer general customer inquiries as needed – in person and over the phone
•Be the go-to person in the office about the administration
