Randstad Victoria is now looking for a part-time Receptionist for our client in a real estate office. This team member is someone who is professional, friendly, loves front desk work and taking on additional admin support.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work part time, or who wants to pick up additional part time work to supplement this.

RECEPTIONIST
Opportunity: Part-time, 1 day a week (Monday), temporary to start - potential to go permanent
Location: Victoria BC
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Pay rate: $17/hour
Start: As soon as possible

Front Desk Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all staff and guests, greeting visitors, attending to their needs and those of the Realtors;
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls in a friendly and professional manner, taking messages, directing or transferring the calls as needed;
• Ensure reception, client rooms, kitchen and common areas are clean, tidy, equipped and professional;
• Manage supplies and vendors including computers, printers, postage machines, paper, coffee, etc.;
• Upload provided content (including announcements) to social media including Facebook, Instagram, websites, etc.;
• Manage and update documents, process information using online resources and Google Drive; and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years' experience on a front desk, customer facing, and/or administrative role
• Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills and a helpful can-do attitude
• Good IT skills, comfortable with full MS Office Suite, running multi-line phone system and quick to learn new in-house programmes.
