Responsibilities
Maintain strong client relationships by being the go-to person for account-specific information, which may include portfolio investment performance, providing reports and clarifications to the client's accountant and custodian, inflows/withdrawals of money, coordination with other departments (negotiation, invoicing, compliance, etc.).
Support the Investment Advisors in all sales, service and communication activities with clients and prospects, while ensuring that all reports and documents presented contain complete and high quality information, and are produced within the deadlines required.
Qualifications
Attention to detail, organized, well structured, ability to multi-task
Autonomy, ability to learn, proactivity and sense of initiative.
Results-oriented, action-oriented and persistent
Ability to navigate in a gray area, good communicator
