Responsibilities
- Customer Service Focused-Answer calls from independent repair shops and specify parts using the electronic catalog while solving any issues.
- Take orders and organize all shop special order requests - ensure proper parts are supplied.
- Ensure all parts are correctly billed and invoiced to maintain proper inventory.
- Provide service technicians with parts as required.
- Work alongside with the service department to obtain timely and accurate quotes as needed.
- Collect payments for goods, ensuring signatures are received, and the paperwork is submitted properly in readable form.
- Make sure stock is put away and organized
- be available to help with Bi-annual inventory counts
- Assist in maintaining parts department and shop cleanliness
Qualifications
What do you need for this role?
- At least 1 year parts inventory experience - previous experience in a truck or automotive dealership is preferred.
- At least 1 year sales experience – previous experience in a truck or automotive dealership is preferred.
- Experience in Inventory control
- Customer Service Focused
- Tech-Savvy with the Ability to learn company-provided software
- Ability to work independently and self motivated
- The ability to lift 50 lbs. for short periods of time
