Responsibilities
Act as a resource person for complex parts requests from customers and the Service Manager;
Follow up with suppliers and provide updates to customers;
Process quotation requests and orders in the computer system accurately;
Make purchases from suppliers;
Verify supplier purchases received and then place merchandise in the proper
Verify supplier purchases received and place merchandise in the proper locations in the warehouse;
Ensure that the receipt of parts purchases is done correctly in the system;
Ensure that the receipt of parts purchases is done correctly in the system; and - Manage the inventory assiduously;
As a warehouse clerk, your role is to:
Handle with care the products, parts or equipment in the warehouse;
Receive, prepare and ship merchandise;
Place and move merchandise with the forklift;
Perform data entry in the computer system;
Ensure the quantities of certain products and manage the inventory.
Clean used machines for resale
Ensure the maintenance of the warehouse
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in a similar position, ideally in a related field;
Experience in the wood industry (an asset);
Experience in driving a forklift (an asset);
Comfortable with the use of computer systems;
Knowledge of Acomba/ServiCentre software (an asset)
Be autonomous and have good priority management skills;
Have a sense of rigor and resourcefulness.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work quickly in a constantly changing environment;
Be team-oriented;
Basic knowledge of Excel;
Bilingual (French, English)
