Responsibilities
Your tasks as a parts clerk for this company located in the industrial district of Laval will be:
- Provide courteous and prompt customer service by phone or email;
- Be in charge of shipping and receiving the various parts;
- Balancing the inventory to keep it up to date at all times;
- Prepare invoicing documents/orders in the system;
- Any other related tasks.
Qualifications
In order to be able to work as a piece clerk for this company, you must have the following qualifications:
- Be bilingual French/English spoken as well as written (you will be required to correspond by email with suppliers and customers);
- Possess forklift cards (valid cards is an asset);
- Be comfortable with computers, the Microsoft Office suite and systems in general;
- Having already worked with an ERP system is an asset;
- Be curious, autonomous and resourceful!
