One of our clients is currently looking for a Parts Clerk for a company that specializes in air conditioning, ventilation and heating for both residential and commercial customers in Ville Saint Laurent. Do you have a background in customer service and have worked closely with parts, specifically HVAC units? If so we might just have the right opportunity for you!

Main Responsibilities
- Promote replacement parts and aftermarket products to different levels of customers
- Identify additional sales opportunities
- Process work orders
- Answer product and service questions, warranty inquiries, and all parts-related customer complaints
- Communicate to management in order to share client feedback on experience parts and aftermarket products
- Provide sales reports to management on a monthly basis

The proposed salary is between $38,000 - $46,000 per year, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, for a total of 37.5 hours per week, 2 week vacation, and benefits after 3 months, parking on site but accessible by public transit.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience within a manufacturing environment
- HVAC knowledge an asset
- Experience working with FieldPoint Application or any other ERP software
- Bilingual (English & French; written and oral)
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
