We are looking for a Parts Coordinator in Burlington!

Do you have knowledge in trailer suspensions? Are customer oriented? Do you want to work with for an established company and amazing team? Then I have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Coordinator in the Burlington area to work for parts distributor company. The Parts Coordinator position will include estimating parts for customers, inventory management, and customer service.

Job duties

- Providing customer service to mechanics for spare trailer parts
- Receiving orders for parts by email, phone, and in person over counter
- Order parts and creating work orders for spare parts
- Following up on outstanding parts orders
- Provide part estimates and quotes for the shop
- Warranty claim for the shop
- Help the shipping when needed

Qualifications
- Must have a strong understanding in trailer suspensions
- Customer service oriented and must have strong customer service skills
- Experience working as a mechanic is an asset
- Criminal check will be administered
