We are looking for a Parts Coordinator for a 6-month temporary position for a well-established company located in Mississauga. The responsibilities will include picking parts, labeling, sorting parts, organizing on shelf and update parts receipt Excel spreadsheet. The successful candidate will join a fun, energetic team that works hard and plays hard.

What YOU will be doing as a Parts Coordinator
- Parts pick up/ parts input on shelf
- Labeling, sorting parts, and organizing on shelf.
- Update parts receipt spreadsheet
- See 3rd party and hand over daily product and parts receipt
- Documenting parts issued to 3rd party
- Shipping of tablets to our external repair facility
- Involve with the product exchange for tablets

What YOU bring to the role:
-1+ years of experience in a similar position

- High level ability to keep track of information and parts using Excel and other internal software
- Safety boots, lifting weigh up to 30 lbs and ability/willingness to follow COVID safety related instructions (e.g. wearing masks, daily questionnaire etc.)
- Post-secondary diploma in related field is an asset
- Level-1 Tech Support and Operating Systems experience is good to have
