We are looking for an experienced Parts Counter Clerk to join our team in Ottawa East. In this permanent role, you will need to be able to multitask, stay organized, work efficiently and have a great can-do attitude!

What’s in it for you as a Parts Counter Clerk:
Annual Salary starting from 35K-50K (depending on experience)
Monday-Friday work week, that’s right NO weekends!
Hours of work between 7am and 5pm (no evenings!)
2 weeks vacation to start

What you’ll do here as a Parts Counter Clerk:
Take incoming parts sales requests via phone or in person
Assist internal mechanics team to gather parts
Follow up on pending orders and expedite issues
Provide exemplary customer service to all clients
manage inventory and ensure timely record keeping
Assist other departments as necessary

What you’ll need to be successful as a Parts Counter Clerk:
Experience in the Heavy equipment & machinery/ hydraulics (forklift & lift trucks) industry is essential
- other automotive experience will also be considered
2-3 years of parts counter/ picker or equivalent experience
Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset
Bilingualism in English and French would be a strong asset
Willingness to learn, and grow with this company
Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
Capable of lifting 50Lbs
