We are looking for an experienced Parts Counter Clerk to join our team in Ottawa East. In this permanent role, you will need to be adaptable, handle pressure well, and have a great can-do attitude! This is a growing team, and there will be management opportunities for the right candidate!

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00
Pay: starting from $52k but this is based on your experience!
Bilingual is not mandatory, but it'll be considered an asset

Responsibilities
What you’ll do here as a Parts Counter Clerk:
- take incoming parts sales requests via phone or in person
- Follow up on pending orders and expedite issues
- Provide exemplary customer service to all clients
- Organize parks for 18+ techs as well as ensure inventory is kept for their vehicles
- manage inventory and ensure timely record keeping
- assist with shipping/receiving as necessary
- assist other departments as necessary
Qualifications
What you’ll need to be successful as a Parts Counter Clerk:
experience working in a parts environment is essential
2-3 years of parts counter or equivalent experience
Need to be able to lift 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs
Bilingualism in English and French would be a strong asset
willingness to learn, and grow with this company
self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
