Responsibilities
- Enter the resulting invoices and reconcile them
- Issue memos to operational services for invoices that do not correspond to the estimated costs and follow up with the various stakeholders.
- Follow up on any disputes
- Respect the ISO procedures established by the Company
- Other duties as defined by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
-DEP/ AEC in accounting
-3-5 years experience with payables
-English write and speak Functional french level
-Experience with ERP system (ASSET)
-Experience with high volume in payable
