Title : Payroll technician
City :Ville Saint Laurent
Salary: 55-65k + full benefits
Hours: 37.5h/week flexible

Key Responsibilities

-Review and maintain employee data in the HRIS system (ADP) for accuracy including
new hires, terminations, pay codes, premiums, vacation etc.
-Review electronic timesheets for approval and accuracy
-Generate and prepares payroll reports and monthly journal entries
-Assist with employee inquiries regarding hours, pay and deductions
-Examines work for exactness, neatness, conformance to policies and procedures
-Prepare monthly payroll journal entries
-Monthly reporting of BC Health

-37.5 h / week, Flexible schedule hours

-Minimum completion of Post Secondary Diploma or Degeree in related field
-Minimum 3-5 years of Payroll experience.
-Have CPA/CPC designation or working towards it. (ASSET)

-Knowledge of :ADP WFN knowledge (Time & Attendance, Payroll Process) (ASSET)
