Reporting to the payroll manager, your duties and responsibilities will include;
• Enter, process, and balance the bi-weekly payroll earnings and adjustments
• Process payroll information master file changes, earnings, department, leaves, set up new hires, and process terminations
• Conduct regular analysis of payroll data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Partner and lead process improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency is an ongoing focus for the payroll function
• Process and balance payroll expenses, deductions, and adjustments
• Respond to inquiries from all areas within the business regarding payroll matters
• Responsible for the distribution of all pay statements, ROEs, and forms as required
• Create and maintain payroll records and mail correspondence
• Reconcile payroll entries to the sub-ledgers
• Support other ad-hoc duties as required
