Responsibilities
-Process payroll for all salaried and hourly employees, as well as, commission, bonus, and other special payments
-Receive timesheets, absences and other payroll inputs and review work hours for completeness and accuracy
-Ensure that hours are categorized and allocated to correct cost centers and entered or uploaded accurately to the payroll system
- Ensure accurate processing of sick pay, benefits, vacation payouts, etc.
-Maintain employee profiles and payroll reports (vacation, time bank, statutory holidays, pension plans, group insurance.), ensuring that they are up-to-date
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll
Experience processing payroll with OUIPay (ASSET)
Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Functional level of English, functional level of French
