    Our client a fast-growing company is looking for a payroll admin to support a small group of companies in the payroll and onboarding HR activities. Whether you're starting out in payroll or looking to leave your mark in a growing company this position is for you. Payroll is one of those critical functions that everyone takes for granted as magically appearing every two weeks but you know better it takes a lot of hard work and dedication. My client knows this and appreciates the efforts it requires. Only local candidates will be considered as your presence is required at eth office.     Responsibilities
    It's 75% payroll and 25% HR

    - Review & analyze the time sheets ( electronically )
    - Obtain proper authorization for employe payroll changes
    - processing the payroll in the system.
    - submitting reports to accounting
    - Help with the onboarding process
    - Review and explain benefits packages to new and existing employees.
    - help in the recruitment process.
    - Any and all other related tasks as may be required to execute the function

    Qualifications
    Min 2 years of exp in the payroll function
    College diploma or better
    French is required ( verbal only )
    Strong Excel knowledge
    Strong ability to build relationships
