You will be reporting to the Pay Master and will be the liaison between them and a few payroll technicians.

Responsibilities
Payroll from a-z for 600 employees
Manage and develop the team of 4 payroll professionals, setting the direction, goals and driving accountability
Fully audit and reconcile payroll
Collaborate with Finance reconciling payroll general ledger files to bank statements and reviewing the accuracy of payroll deductions to payroll output documents
Qualifications
Expert knowledge and understanding of payroll systems
Knowledge of Canadia Payroll laws, regulations, and requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks
