The Payroll Master is responsible for managing and overseeing the payroll function of an organization. This includes ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time, that all payroll-related taxes and deductions are processed correctly, and that all payroll-related reporting requirements are met.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire payroll function of the organization
Ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time
Process payroll-related taxes and deductions correctly
Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll
Manage and maintain employee payroll records
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date with changes to payroll laws and regulations
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management
Knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
