Responsibilities
- Performs the day-to-day operational functions of the payroll department to ensure that
accurate data is entered into the payroll system;
- Oversee the activities related to payroll processing for all local and expatriate employees of our

o Update and follow up on the various banks (vacation, sick, accumulated time, etc.)
and ensure their integrity in the payroll system;
o Verify payroll deductions, benefits, taxable benefits, etc.
o Validate employee movements (arrivals, transfers, terminations, etc.) while ensuring
ensuring compliance with applicable federal and provincial legislation;
o Operations related to the closing of employee files in terms of

o Setting up, monitoring and closing group insurance accounts (RRSP, TFSA, etc.)

- Fluent French and professional English;
- Canadian Payroll Association certification, an asset;
