Responsibilities
Assist the Payroll Supervisor in completing the bi-weekly payroll cycle (preparation, data entry, verification, production);
Issue Records of Employment;
Calculate allowances and ensure administrative follow-up of files with the CNESST
Draft various documents such as employment confirmation letters
Respond to requests and questions from managers, employees and external organizations regarding payroll and benefits.
Qualifications
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce and ADP
DEP or ACS in a relevant field
CPA/INP certification, an asset
3 years experience in payroll
Experience in restaurant or hotel industry is an important asset.
Good skills in Microsoft Office suite;
Languages: good communication in French and English, both oral and written.
