Responsibilities
Here are your responsibilities for this 100% remote role at this leading accounting firm in downtown Montreal:
Tracking training hours to be declared and participating in the calculation of the 1% training
training;
Prepare various reports and documents related to compensation
Ensure the update of HR dashboards;
Management of the seniority list and follow-up of employees on probation;
Participate in the definition and implementation of policies and procedures related to the proper
Participates in the definition and implementation of policies and procedures related to the proper functioning of the department;
Maintain up-to-date employee files;
Participate in various projects related to payroll and human resources.
Qualifications
This position in downtown Montreal, 100% remote, for a leading accounting firm, requires the following qualifications:
- Fluently bilingual (French, English);
- Good knowledge of payroll and its compliance;
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in payroll;
- Good knowledge of the Office 365 Suite;
- Knowledge of basic accounting (an asset);
- Knowledge of Desjardins payroll software, Nethris (an asset);
- DEC in accounting (an asset);
- Payroll (CPA) certification (an asset).
