Responsibilities
-Process payroll for approximately 160 employees using Ceridian software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all calculations.
-Verify and input employee data, including hours worked, overtime, paid time off, and any relevant deductions or benefits.
-Review and reconcile payroll reports, addressing any discrepancies or errors in a prompt manner.
-Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee records, tax information, and benefit deductions are maintained in the system.
-Assist in generating and distributing pay stubs, direct deposit statements, and other payroll-related documents to employees.
-Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and adhere to data protection regulations.
-Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters with professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing using Ceridian software or similar payroll systems.
-Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment standards.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data management.
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
