Project coordinator (PCO)

Our client, a well established multimedia organization is looking for a well spoken and well organized PCO.

Reporting to the technical lead, the PCO will be responsible for coordinating, carrying out and implementing a wide array of administrative, logistical and support activities aimed at modernizing work environments and adapt them to several remote workers.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate tasks and perform follow-ups on a regular basis;
• Anticipate and identify problematic situations in the realization of projects; escalate major issues to immediate supervisor;
• Prepare project progress reports.

Qualifications:
• College or university diploma in computer science or a related discipline;
• 5 years of experience in a coordination or project management role;
• Have a good understanding of the technological operating modes of information systems in general; experience in a large company is an asset;
• Bilingual: French and English with excellent oral and written communication;
• Good knowledge of Office suite tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
