The scope of this project is to work with a small project team to build enhancements and support of the Hyperion application(s), including integration with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, as well as assisting with the Hyperion upgrade currently in progress.
The Hyperion products currently used by the client, consists of Hyperion Planning (used for capital & operating budget management), Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (used to allocate our linear organization structure into Services and produce Service based reports), Essbase, and DRM.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
1. Gathering and documenting requirements from the clients on projects and enhancements.
2. Guide and recommend processes based on best practices and industry standards.
3. Documenting test scenarios.
4. Testing all enhancements prior to UAT.
5. Working with the clients on UAT.
6. Transitioning the enhancement to the Support team.
7. Deliver solutions that meets The City’s needs, taking into consideration The City’s processes and customizations.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
1. Three years’ experience with Hyperion version 11.1 or higher;
2. One year senior functional experience with Hyperion version 11.1;
3. Three years' functional hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management, and Essbase.
Desired Skills
1. Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations;
2. Integrated Hyperion with an ERP like Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM;
3. Strong communication skills.
