We are looking for Bilingual Call Centre & Customer Service Representatives in Montreal, to work for a top financial institution. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has previous customer service experience or for someone who excels at helping people and providing assistance.

Bilingual Call Centre & Customer Service Representative

Montreal, Quebec

August/September 2019

Pay rate:
$21.69 per hour (and up dependent on experience)

Responsibilities include:
Working in a call centre, office environment
High volume call centre, inbound call taking
Handling various financial queries, and always providing an exceptional customer service experience
Must be available for various shift between the hours of 6:00 AM - 11:59 PM

Full time hours

Competitive pay rate of $21.69 per hour + (based on experience)

Excellent French and English communication skills
Previous Customer Service experience is required
Prior Call Centre experience is preferred (inbound or outbound)
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate
Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check
