Responsibilities
- Managing the calendar and emails of the CEO, screen calls and emails as needed and follow up as necessary
- Organizing all meetings, schedule and coordinate attendance, agenda, minutes
- Draft various official documents;
- Organize any travel and business trips
- Collaborate in the coordination of various activities;
- Organizing all budgets and payments required
- Handle any customers concerns
- Ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time
- Assist in preparation of events
- Serve as the main point of contact for the CEO
- Support new company initiatives
- Various other related tasks
Qualifications
Bilingualism required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
Strong attention to detail, organization and time management
Strong interpersonal skills;
DEC in Administration, Business Administration or a related field considered an asset;
7+ yeas experience in Administration or 3+ years Executive Assistant field supporting a superior
Experience working in the logistics industry is considered an asset
