Are you a RIBO licensed Account Manager, looking for an amazing opportunity in downtown, Toronto, with an innovative and growing Insurance brokerage? If so, you're in luck! We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager with prior direct experience to start as soon as possible, working in a beautiful office located right off the subway line near Union Station!

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your goal would be to provide an exceptional customer service experience to your book of business, continuing to build the companies brand within the Insurance space.

What YOU will be doing as an Personal Lines Account Manager:

• Providing an exceptional level of client service to your specific book of business, ensuring that all their insurance needs are met at all times relating to their Home and Auto insurance
• Analyzing a newly acquired book of business and the policies within it to assess quality of the book of business.
• Understanding each client's risk management needs to identify gaps in coverage and loss exposures and recommend insurance coverage in a consultative manner
• Handling client inquiries via email and phone, responding promptly in tandem with the Assistant Account Manager who would be supporting you
• Managing the renewal process, and overseeing policy preparation, claims initiation, insuing of certificates as well as timely payment of inovoices
• Remaining current in your knowledge of and ability to explain personal insurance solutions
• To serve clients with both caring and due haste whenever they have an urgent need, claim, or are otherwise seeking support

What YOU bring to the table:

Time management and attention to detail.
MUST have 1 to 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in an Insurance Brokerage
MUST be RIBO Licensed
• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented personality
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, and working with computers/various software comfortably.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Great attention to detail in all that you do
• Willingness to learn and grow within your role
• Positive attitude with flexibility to support the team with any needs that come up
