Are you a RIBO Licensed Account Manager looking to take the next step, handling VIP clients? Are you looking to work in the heart of downtown, Toronto, with an innovative and growing Insurance brokerage? If so, you're in luck! We are looking for a VIP Account Manager - Personal Lines Insurance to start as soon as possible for our client located right off the subway line near Union Station!

As part of their VIP Personal Lines Team, your goal would be to provide an exceptional customer service experience and build the company's brand.

What YOU will be doing as a VIP Account Manager - Personal Lines Insurance:

• Handling all service for a VIP client book of business, with the highest level of professionalism and dedication.
• Re-marketing at time of renewals, processing renewals, handling endorsements changes, issuing insurance certificates, following up on documentation needed from for Insurers, preparing insurance proposals, and to document all customer interactions and invoicing as well as claims initiation, with the support of an Assistant Account Manager.
• Finding the right coverage for your client through collaboration with Underwriters, MGA and Insurer partners.
• Referring clients to life and/or business insurance divisions if you determine that they could benefit from such protection.
• Educating clients on insurance solutions and options so that they feel confident in the decisions they make.
• Remaining current in your knowledge of and ability to explain personal insurance solutions to high net-worth clientele.
• Attending networking and a variety of events organized by Insurance partners.


What YOU bring to the table:

• RIBO license, active and in good standing, required
5+ years in the Insurance space as an Account Manager
• Account management experience in VIP Personal Lines is an asset.
• High level of client service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• CIP or CRM designation is an asset.
