    Our team is currently supporting the recruitment process for a non-retail pharmacy client in the West end of the GTA with their search for an experienced Pharmacist who has worked in a fast-paced pharmacy setting to join their team and support both operational and clinical components of pharmacy service. This pharmacy operates in a modern, office-based setting and a successful candidate would join a team responsible for patient counselling, medication review, clinical consultations with HCPs and efficient dispensing of medications distributed via courier directly to patients at their homes. This company is looking for a pharmacist who is an effective communicator with comfort working in a fst-paced, operations-focused environment who is comfortable in problem solving and taking on whatever task is needed in order to ensure the provision of patient service excellent.     Advantages
    - This permanent career opportunity offers full-time hours (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts taking place primarily Monday through Friday with potential a weekend rotation on occasion)

    Responsibilities
    - Dispensing and checking of medications in an efficient and accurate manner
    - Interacting with patients over phone and email and providing patient counselling and use of clinical expertise to problem solve as neccessary
    - Problem solving and supporting other team members (pharmacy assistants/techs, logistics team members, etc.) if they have issues relating to the delivery of pharmacy services and helping to resolve issues relating to prescription changes, shortages, technology, etc.
    - Administrative and other tasks as required (this is a non-patient-facing role)

    Qualifications
    - Experience of at least one year as a Pharmacist, ideally in an operations-focused setting in LTC/non-retail pharmacy or large-scale community pharmacy
    - Registration in good standing with OCP is required
    - Prior experience supporting pharmacy technology is an asset (PACMED, PacVision, etc.)
    - Computer proficiency (pharmacy software) is required; working of knowledge of Kroll is an asset
    - Strong written verbal and computer skills are required
    - Flexibility and a solutions-oriented mentality is required
    - Positive outlook with a strong work ethic required
    - Deadline-oriented and strong prioritization and organizational skills a must; willing to go the extra mile to ensure patients get their prescriptions on-time!
