    Responsibilities
    -Answering and direct incoming call to the appropriate operations person
    -Data entry, filing, creation of purchase orders(a/p invoices)
    -Provide time tracking, input and payroll administration for the Kronos time entry system
    -Consolidate and code PCard purchases, code and approve invoices, prepare check requests, coordinate accounts payable matters
    -Coordinate travel reservations and prepare expense reports
    -Provide reconciliation of all month end reporting processes and data
    -Provide new employee onboarding and hiring processes for hourly production employees and process all hourly status changes
    -Support administration of Titan software system
    -First POC in the office.
    -Sits at reception desk
    -Responsible for 4 plants
    -Month end expense reports
    -Weekly meetings to capture notes


    Qualifications
    1-2 years administrative assistant experience in a manufacturing/construction environment or combination of relevant experience and training/education, is preferred
    -Certificate in Office Administration or Basic Accounting post-secondary is an asset
    -Previous experience in a union work environment

    Software:
    -Intermediate MS Office
    -SAP
    -JDE accounting software
    -Kronos time entry system

    Summary
    The successful candidate will have to complete a medical drug and alcohol screen as a condition of the hiring process
