Job Description
- Assist in the development of the use of predictive based technologies and preventive work orders to maximize equipment reliability.
- Implement and establish priorities for predictive maintenance.
- Complete data collection routes, collect, analyze and report findings and recommendations to responsible teams.
- Utilize thermal imaging, vibration analysis and ultrasonic testing tools.
- Complete process audits to ensure compliance to legal requirements and company procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and failure mode analysis.
Location
Will be working primarily in the Vaughan and St Marys facilities, but occasional travel to other facilities in the Ontario Business Unit may be required
Qualifications
- Commitment to safety.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance strategies.
- Understanding of machine diagnostics and complex operating systems;
- Ability to understand and use reference materials (manuals, schematics, etc.);
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis.
- Effectively communicate with Operators, Peers, all levels of management
