Two Available Shifts:
Evening shift: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm = $20.75 + $2 shift premium
Night shift: 11:30 pm - 7:30 am = $20.75 + $3 shift premium

Responsibilities
As a Press Brake Operator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Ability to lift 50 lbs.
● Ability to perform repetitive physical activities
● Access and follow work instructions
● Access and interpret blueprints
● Communicate with team lead to have material delivered to machines
● Update programs to optimize performance
● Communicate with other operators for lead times and preferred delivery of parts
● Communicate between dayshift/afternoon shift Team leaders any issues or jobs that need to be complete
● Understands and performs area housekeeping to a high standard
● Weekly preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines is completed and documented
● Communicate with the Team Lead when repairs are needed on machines
● Follow work procedures for various tasks
Qualifications
As a Press Brake Operator, you must qualify the following:
● High School Diploma preferred
● Two years of Manufacturing Experience is an asset
● WHMIS 2015 / SDS Training required
● Confined Space / Lockout Training required
● Fall protection training preferred
● Promotes collaboration and interaction
● Works effectively with people with different abilities and perspectives
● Demonstrates a high level of dependability in all aspects of the job
● Demonstrates punctuality and a sense of trust and reliability
● Shows commitment and dedication to complete tasks on time and with minimal supervision
● Accepts changing priorities and direction
● Monitors and double checks information to produce consistently error-free work
● Demonstrates desire and drive to acquire knowledge and skills necessary to perform job more effectively
