Night shift: 09.00pm to 5.00am
Salary: $18/hrs

If daily production quota is met, employees are eligible for bonus up to $ 1.00 / hr. extra for the entire shift. Amounts are accumulated and paid monthly!
Responsibilities
Cutting tape which is stuck onto our speed humps (in the shape of arrows, etc.)
Operating Rubber Press Machine
Checking your workstation and ensuring it is clean and safe
Reading your recipe carefully
Cleaning your mold using the mold release and compressed air
Always check the amount of the mixture that is left after each batch and adjust your equipment accordingly.
Making sure your product meets quality standards (weight, thickness, hardness, always showcasing the best aesthetics possible)
*Heavy lifting is required*
Qualifications
General knowledge of factory machine and equipment operations
Knowledge of packaging material and banding equipment
Ability to lift heavy items
Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
Experience in building wooden pallets is an asset
