Are you looking to join a growing organization and have a fulfilling and rewarding position? We are looking for 2-3 highly skilled all position MIG welder/Fitters to assist with continued growth plans working on Pressure Vessels. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain further skill sets, or, for someone who is already a highly skilled Pressure Vessel Welder that enjoys training and developing others.

What will you be doing?

- working from blueprints
- positioning, fitting and assembling final product
- working with carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum
- using an overhead crane and forklift to maneuver materials around the plant
- providing feedback to project managers on design and functionality
- operation of a variety of cutting tools, grinders and rotators
- following safe operating procedures
- working alongside other skilled trade people
- performing pressure testing

Qualifications
- 2 years of all position MIG welding experience working with a variety of materials
- must have a strong drive to produce high-quality product
- candidates that have pressure vessel experience would be preferred
- at minimum need 1+ years of pipe or tank welding experience
- previous experience with ASME standards is beneficial
- able to work overtime as needed
- ideally, live within a 30-minute commute from Cambridge
- bonus if you speak Laos
