    Responsibilities
    - Work in liaison with our air/ocean carriers
    - Work in liaison with our worldwide Agent partners
    - Qualify new pricing requests, source and estimate the solution, present to the client, and follow up
    - Researching new carriers and providers to ensure the right price and solutions to our clients
    - Making suggestions to improve productivity and reduce costs
    - Maintain our internal database
    - Build a spread sheet to keep track of quoted/won/loss
    - Build out the contact list of agents/country
    - Work with our Global and Managed teams to increase our quoting times and number of wins of loads
    - Identify where we are not strong and work with the teams to put a plan in place to improve
    - Learn our markup process and profit margins

    Qualifications
    - Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar position
    - Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), load boards, and general logistics terms
    - Familiarity with transportation industry
    - Ability to grow within a computerized work environment and quickly adapt to in-house software.
    - Efficient spoken and written in English and French
    - Self-sufficient and dynamic, willing to obtain concrete results within marginal deadlines
    - Organized priority management skills
    - Ability to follow and comply with established methods and procedures.
    - Ability to be part of a dynamic working environment. Team player.
    - Outgoing and ability to develop good interpersonal communication with clients, co-workers and supervisors.
    - Great negotiating and problem solving skills.
