If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Print Production/Mail & Courier Associate to support an independent and Pharmaceutical firm in Scarborough. If hired you will work full-time hours on 12-month assignment, be paid $17 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for customers, including the following:

- Work within our client environment providing a range of services (Digital Print, Print Finishing, mail services and courier services).
- Receive Digital Print requests from clients; prepare files to print as needed.
- Complete Digital Print requests on specified media.
- Responsible for offline finishing (Cerlox, Spiral, Stitch, Drill, Cut)
- perform print quality check on the final product and throughout the run.
- Receive and process inbound couriers.
- Process outbound courier requests; selecting the best courier for the delivery requirements
- Receive and sort Canada Post mail.
- Deliver mail to designated mail stops throughout the building.
- Process outbound mail and apply sufficient postage.
- Maintain funds in postage meter throughout the month.

• Work for a Pharmaceutical firm
• Earn a competitive wage of $17 per hour
• Work in Etobicoke location
• Work full-time business hours on a 12-month assignment

- Experience with Digital Print and Finishing.
- Experience with Canada Post and Purolator and DHL
- Computer literacy; MS Office, Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to lift 30lbs
* Understanding of mail and courier functions (office size inserter, mailing machine, processing Fed Ex and Purolator packages)
* Excellent communication and Customer service skills
* Flexibility and a can-do attitude.
