What will you be doing?
As a Process Analyst with our Downtown Vancouver client, you will:
• Drive and lead the design, implementation and adoption of new and transformative business processes.
• Document current-state process, support in design, implementation and ongoing operation of new processes and develop dashboards/reports to monitor effectiveness of new processes.
• Identify opportunities for incremental process improvements.
• Identify, document and report impact of process improvements (capacity unlocks, reduced rework, optimized timelines) to support lean thinking and fact-based decision making.
• Drive strategic and operational efforts to improve the way we work internally and with external partners (vendors).

How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Process Analyst role with our Downtown Vancouver client, you must have:
• Undergraduate degree in business, operations, management or other related field; MBA or other advanced degree an asset.
• Comfortable with general project management principles; PMP Certificate an asset.
• 3-5 years’ experience in process management and business analysis.
• Experience with Current state, future state documents.
• Experience in process design, documentation and architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet an asset).
• Energetic self-starter highly motivated.
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality product under tight timelines.
• Experience in a retail environment an asset.
