Do you have experience with process improvement and implementing FMEA and tolerance studies for PCB assembly?

What will you be doing in this role?

This role offers the opportunity to work in a leading edge technology environment implementing continuous improvements projects for their process, plant, and equipment. The Senior Process Engineer will also be responsible for conducting process FMEA, gage R&R, and geometric tolerance studies.

Located in Markham

Review and maintain manufacturing work instruction
Train and guide engineers and technicians
Implement Lean and Six-sigma concepts.
Conduct plant layout studies and process improvements projects

What do you bring to the role?
· Engineering degree preferred - college diploma in electronics is acceptable
· 5+ years of experience with lean and process improvement practices
· 10 years of manufacturing of electronics in ISO -9000 certified environment
· Time study and plant layout experience
· Strong knowledge of Surface Mount and Thru-hole assembly and manual soldering

Compensation package
· Salary range from $80 - 90K based on experience
· Benefits after 3 months
· 3 weeks of vacation
· Company cell phone and laptop
· Located in Markham – Greater Toronto Area
