Responsibilities
- 60 % of the responsibility would be to lead the implementation of process improvement and achieve quantifiable results in improving service delivery and operational efficiency
- 30% of the responsibility would be to
- Implement process improvements by analyzing the existing process to determine pain points resulting in customer service issues
- Identify and conceptualize possible solutions/system improvements
- Documenting existing and/improved process via flow charting using tools like Visio
- 10 % of the responsibility would be to
- Work directly with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide coaching to the process owners to support their improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and implementing process improvements/change management (Continuous improvement projects)
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinker and active listener
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Should be able to lead projects independently
