    Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Product Control Analyst for a 12 month contract in Bedford. This is hybrid role.
    Pay rate: $ 29.68/ Hour
    Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

    Responsibilities
    As a Product Control Analyst, your duties will include:
    •Performing daily Possession and Control (15c3-3) oversight functions
    •Ensuring accurate record keeping of all data, reports, and supporting documentation maintained by the department
    •Performing daily reporting and escalate 15c3-3 related exceptions / risk to management
    •Assisting department management with user acceptance testing of Segregation related system and workflow testing efforts
    •Preparing departmental metrics and daily/weekly management reports
    •Assisting in the fulfillment of regulatory/audit inquiries associated with Customer Protection reviews
    •Providing support to the team with respect to ongoing FINOP and FOCUS reporting related projects and issues
    •Performing Controls Testing covering key FRR (Financial Responsibility Rules) controls within BCS Operations Assist Fulfill applicable Monthly FOCUS Reporting requirements (FINRA).


    Qualifications
    •Bachelor degree or equivalent preferably with emphasis in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Or strong extended experience in equivalent role
    •Basic - Medium proficiency level interpreting and analyzing key BPS (Broadridge Financial Solutions) reports and tools: Stock Record, Pending Excess, Margin Trial Balance
    •Ability to collaborate with team members to review businesses, products and functional areas to identify key risks and synergy opportunities.

    Nice to have:
    •Basic - Medium level comprehension level of SEA Rule 15c-3 (Possession and Control)
    •1-3 years’ experience in a US Broker / Dealer Operations function (Settlements, Margin, Reconciliations).
