Take care of web-integrated application installation
Review client's server requirements
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues and escalate to necessary teams
Provide status updates and incident reports to clients via phone and email
Collaborate with colleagues and alternate teams on projects and possible product improvements
Support for integrated applications in Windows-based environments
Assist with product testing and implementation of newly integrated applications
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree Holder; preferably in computer science/accounting.
Customer service or help desk experience is an asset.
Detail oriented, with effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
Courteous and professional phone manner, demeanor and attitude.
