Responsibilities
-Understand the needs and preferences of our diverse customer base to curate unique and personalized travel experiences.
- Providing support, guidance, and leadership to the current team, ensuring the successful execution of our tour products while exceeding customer expectation, while they: Advise customers on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, providing expert guidance to meet their travel goals.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute travel product strategies, incorporating the latest market trends and industry best practices.
-Participate in the selection and management of partnerships with vendors, hotels, and other travel-related businesses to enhance our product and service offerings.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the overall quality of our travel products and services.
-Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring that the customer's voice is at the core of all decision-making processes.
-Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology, travel platforms, and industry regulations, ensuring our travel products remain competitive in the market.
-Follow up on customer and tour leader satisfaction reports, ensuring continuous improvement.
-Conduct product training for the team to enhance their knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
-Fluent bilingualism in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills, as you will be managing customer relationships with clients who speak either French or English exclusively.
-Proven experience as a Product Manager within the travel industry, with a focus on designing and delivering exceptional travel experiences.
-In-depth knowledge of the travel market, customer segments, and industry trends.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for product enhancements.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
-Results-driven mindset, with a track record of delivering successful product launches and driving business growth.
-Creative and innovative thinker, capable of identifying unique travel opportunities to cater to different customer segments.
