    Are you a tech-savvy Product Manager seeking a new opportunity in Markham where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of two product lines and over 200 products? Are you skilled at conducting internal and external research, doing lifestyle tracking and comparative analyses, identifying trends, building product road maps, and giving presentations to internal stakeholders? Are you looking for a hybrid role with lots of autonomy that will allow you to work from home 2-3 days per week, while also giving you an office environment with a laid-back atmosphere? If so, we want to talk to you! We're looking for a permanent, B2B Product Manager for a growing company in the lighting industry.

    We're looking for someone with expertise in product-related marketing and especially research: investigating, analyzing, providing feedback and making pricing suggestions. The blue collar industries would also be a big plus. We're looking for someone to start in late August or early September. You would be working with a Marketing Team of three people on an 8:30 to 5 schedule from Monday to Friday.

    Advantages

    Responsibilities
    Build product lifecycle roadmaps
    Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends
    Make pricing recommendations
    Write copy for social media and newsletters
    Consult with internal sales and engineering teams
    Give presentations to internal stakeholders
    Work closely with the sales team

    Qualifications
    3+ years of B2B experience in product-related marketing, including research, giving feedback, and making recommendations
    Flexible, able to juggle multiple priorities, and make decisions quickly
    Willing to become a product lines expert over time
    Experience in blue collar industries and ERP experience would be a strong asset
    Exceptional communication and copywriting skills
    Entrepreneurial individual, with a focus on learning, and becoming an expert in their industry. Proactive, self-starter who will take ownership of their role
