Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional team throughout the Americas, Globally, and internally to coordinate and implement the initiatives related to product
- Implement the “Brand Coverage Plans” through creation of custom targeted brand portfolios for specific outlets. Control the product distribution which is critical for product availability.
- Maintain the Product Substitution process which is the distribution control for ordering skus in an even of a new launch, sku change, Migration, LEPs, or other.
- Produce listing kit for new launches
- Work closely with NPI for new SKUs creation and validation
- Ensure all automated processes and controls are successfully executed and implemented.
- Perform system readiness analysis for each product launch and change.
- Remediate all issues and recommend efficiencies for possible improvements.
- Assist in the maintenance of all documentation including processes and business rules pertaining to Salesforce, Extra Hub & SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business or other relevant field preferred but not a must
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Product Portfolios or relevant experience
