In this role you will have an impact on…

•Through root cause analysis and data driven analysis, manage team initiatives to lower defect and return rates
•Drive special projects that lead to continuous improvements in product quality
•With internal and external quality teams, oversee inspection process for mass production
•The rebuild of the brand within the region
•Manage annual budget for both quality and inventory related objectives
•The removal of obstacles which will assist in increasing sales

You’re an ideal candidate for this role because you bring…

•A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
•3+ years people management experience
•5+ years experience in product development for electronics manufacturing
•High level of professionalism with a strategic mindset
•Strong business acumen with a knowledge of trends and what is happening within the market
•Agile and comfortable adjusting to ever changing priorities
•Ability to see challenge as an opportunity and has a desire to build new processes
•Resourceful and able to think through a problem and knows where to find the answers
•Strong people-skills and a passion to build and maintain strong relationships
•Independent and thoughtful decision maker
