    •Pay rate of $22.79/hour
    •This is a contract-to-hire position where you will complete your probation period on Randstad's payroll and then transition to the permanent payroll if you're successful during the probation
    • There is lots of room for growth, financially and climbing the ladder
    •Start Immediately!
    •Bus route accessible
    •Shift: 7AM - 3PM Monday to Friday
    •Once hired on, you will get full benefits and vacation access
    Training is provided

    Responsibilities
    You will be working a variety of tasks, ranging from:
    · Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
    · Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
    · Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties
    · Clean work areas and equipment
    - Most of the day will be spent finishing ceramic fiber vacuum formed shapes using hand tools, saws, routers and/or robotic finishing equipment

    Qualifications
    YOU MIGHT THINK "WHO WILL GET HIRED?"
    •Manufacturing experience or equivalent
    •Excellent mathematical skills are a must
    •Good communication skills able to read, write and speak English
    •Completion of High School
    •Able to lift up to 50 lbs
    •Computer knowledge
    •Able to read work instructions on a computer and blueprints
