Shift & Pay:
Starting Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Compensation: $19.00 per hour (with a rate increase upon permanent hire).
Note: This is a rotational shift environment, and candidates must be willing to work all shifts, including nights, on a weekly rotation basis.
Core Responsibilities:
Load and unload folding cartons on various machines (e.g., feeding gluer, taking off conveyors).
Pack finished cartons into cases or bins, adhering to specific packaging instructions.
Apply correct case labels to corrugated packaging.
Perform routine quality checks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Immediately notify Group Adjusters of any equipment stops or quality control issues.
Contribute to general cleanup and maintain a safe workspace.
Required Qualifications & Attributes:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be dexterous to ensure an efficient pace on the production line.
Willingness to strictly adhere to a weekly rotational shift schedule (including nights).
Attention to detail and compliance with PPE and GMP requirements.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance record.

Feeds cartons into gluer.
Takes off cartons from conveyors at gluer and place finished cartons into corrugated cases or plastic bins according to correct packaging specifications.
Performs quality checks according to SOPs.
Notifies Group Adjusters of any machine stops or any quality issues.
General clean up.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Attends and participates in ongoing training.
Not limited to and including other duties as assigned.
