Do you have excellent leadership skills? Are you handy with press brake machines? A busy production company located in Port Coquitlam is looking to fill a work center coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who can lead a team of 10+ employees. This is a hands-on position. This company produces finished parts and electro-mechanical assemblies located in Port Coquitlam.

This is a permanent position that pays between $52,000 to $62,400 per year plus benefits

Duties include:
- Managing a team of programmers, department processes
- Providing technical direction to staff
- Plan, schedule and prioritize resources, assign tasks and projects
- Create parts, assemblies, and drawings.
- Create NC programs for punching, laser cutting, and press brake machines
- Review and update jobs and methods master to ensure parts are manufactured correctly
- Maintain standards, procedures, and tool libraries pertaining to the department.

Qualifications
- Knowledgeable & experienced in metal fabrication
- Understanding of sheet metal manufacturing
- Supervisory experience
- Strong at communicating and able to interact positively with others
